One of the first questions we often hear is how much will this cost? We do not have a set rate for jobs because all of our work is specific to our clients needs. So we start with ballpark figures, which allow us to be flexible with our prices. Final cost will be estimated after determining the complexity of the job. If you like to find a way to cut cost, have everything ready to go on time and we will be happy to to give you a cost break.
After the work is specified to our mutual satisfaction, we ask for an initial deposit before we start a project. We are happy to space out the billing throughout the duration of the job.
Our preferred method of contact is email. We also enjoy having scheduled conference calls and face to face meetings with our clients whenever possible. We find that face to face meetings are a great way to start the collaborative process. But because we like to be able to give 100% of our attention to the job at hand, we find many unplanned phone calls can disrupt the creative process and make the job go more slowly. Email is a great way to reach us quickly and get a fast response.
